Personally, I really dislike botox and cosmetic surgery (for vanity purposes).

There is nothing more beautiful to me than seeing genuine emotions, imperfections and wrinkles on other people's faces.

I guess I can't say what I will feel like about my own face, later on in life, but it does make me feel sad people feel they need to change their bodies and faces.

Sometimes I wonder what affect it has socially, when we cant see emotions and the subtle facial expressions. For kids who have parents with botox.

Like you said, who is it for? Themselves hopefully. But I do think it often speaks to something deeper than the skin.

I would much rather see a real, unique, expressive face any day!
