31. Touch.

I had a massage today. I thought I'd treat myself to an Ayurvedic oil massage at the spa in the hotel. It was lovely. So good in fact that I hugged the tiny Portugese masseuse, her size belying the strength and dexterity of her hands. Or the care she delivered through her touch. You could tell she was present.
